Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Professionals who will be the liaison between our Sales Team and our current and potential homeowners and residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all our property details in order to answer questions, provide helpful suggestions and selling the value of our properties and services.
- Process reservations and payments as needed.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Frequently participate in training opportunities at multiple locations to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Assist with driving organizational initiatives and team projects by providing ideas and solutions.
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school diploma/GED; some college a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a big plus
