About the Position: Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial planning to completion of ground up construction as well as supporting property management and tenant improvement projects. Primarily focused on managing distribution center and warehouse builds throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally gained within a commercial general contractor in a Superintendent role or other relative position. Experience in Tilt Wall Construction a must. Applicants must have previous precast or tilt-up warehouse & distribution center project experience.
