We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Manager in Boise, ID. The primary role of the IDN Manager is to serve as Concordance's customer relationship management and service lead for our strategic customer. Responsibilities include managing the overall relationship with each strategic customer facilities and the integrated service center. The focus will be successfully on setting and implementing various objectives as related to all clinical aspects of the integrate supply chain developed between the strategic customer and Concordance. The IDN Manager will be an integral part of the combined team in developing and managing solutions deployed by the ISC model.
What You Will Do:
Oversee deployment of all supply chain activities provided by ISC to facilities.
Serve as strategic account manager and link between the strategic customer and Concordance, a conduit between external clients and internal departments.
Provide field level support to each facility in order to support ISC supply chain objectives.
Lead overall customer relationship management team; including the hiring, training, development, supervision, and performance management of team members hired to support the strategic customer.
Manage supply chain projects including standardization, supply chain optimization, ongoing process improvement, and program implementation.
Develop relationships and excellent lines of communication with all key members of supply chain in the account; develop a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of the account.
Provide support to each facility and the strategic customer staff. Resolve issues associated with pricing, invoices or other administrative problems that may arise. Responsible for managing the mix away from inefficient vendors to more efficient vendors by coordinating and leading the introduction of preferred products and vendors to appropriate customer personnel.
Responsible for infusing Concordance culture into location and business transactions; collaborate with support services of Concordance to achieve levels of outstanding service that company is committed to providing.
Build strong relationships with supplier partners in order to ensure achievement of product standardization goals and deployment of clinical product support at the facility level; also, to drive financial results for both the strategic customer and Concordance.
Provide clear understanding and constant feedback to team members and leadership on progress against agreed upon goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the strategic customer and Concordance functional areas in providing strong communication channels and the sharing of information.
Participate on the ISC Implementation Team and Operations Oversight Team.
Develop business plans for accounts and incorporate it into quarterly business review (QBR) process; present the QBRs in a way that is mutually beneficial. Manage and report progress on KPI's, goals/objectives, project score carding, and other agreed upon metrics.
Some travel required.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare industry or related field.
Previous experience in Sales, Supply Chain or other directly related experience is highly desired.
CMRP or equivalent certification preferred.
Professional selling skills preferred.
Thorough understanding of the principles of Supply Chain.
Strong customer service, time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively build relationships are essential.
Medical-surgical product knowledge.
Understanding of performance management and its principles.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Successfully pass of a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
This role is located in Boise, ID.
