A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company! Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers. You are never bored, as there are always various office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy! You will support new and existing clients using various communication tools such as phone, email, and text, to consult with and prescribe services, schedule service visits, provide billing support, and perform additional internal office tasks as required. You feel great satisfaction in helping our clients and contributing to the overall success of our company!
1+ years of call center experience or 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Stable work history
A high school diploma or GED
Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? CSR WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:30-5:30, and one Saturday a month May-Oct. Pay starting at $17.00 an hour plus additional bonuses resulting in an additional $1.50-$3.50 per hour on average.
