Position: Research & Data Associate
This is a Research & Data Associate role reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) and the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives (EDSI). This position will provide data reporting, analytics on projects, research and website updates, social media presence creation, event planning logistics, and administrative tasks. The role will provide general support on the implementation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Strategic Initiatives (SI) projects. This position is included in the Federation of Administrators union.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical education and 1-2 years of job-related experience or technical proficiency in appropriate field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, research, or data analysis; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Ability to maintain strict level of confidence; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Ability to multitask efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Human Resources; Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with human resources data; Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills; and Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.

Starting Salary: Commensurate education and experience
