Our Engineered Wood Products manufacturing client, with manufacturing plants in the Southeastern and Western US, is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor for their $30M upgraded Alabama plant. The selected candidate must have at least four years of maintenance and leadership experience with a focus on team-based maintenance improvement projects. Our client is working to improve their return-on-investment decisions. A successful shipboard on-time maintenance track record is very desirable for a veteran by our client .The selected candidate should have demonstrated a successful track record in improving on time readiness, safety and maintenance procedures ,especially with electrical, mechanical, air and hydraulic support systems….
