The Behr Paint Company eCommerce team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Customer Data & Analytics. This leader will elevate the role of analytics in the online channel. They will be accountable for building and developing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive incremental eCommerce growth. Working closely with other cross-functional business leaders, they will use insights rooted in data to inform customer, product, pricing, brand and channel strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an analytics vision for the online channel and architect a roadmap to deliver on that vision
  • Continuously assess, implement and streamline different data sets and analytic tools
  • Provide concrete insights and recommendations using advanced analytics techniques on multiple data sources to guide decision making for BPC’s eCommerce channel
  • Educate and inform leadership to drive more data-informed decisions
  • Set standards and processes for analysis, reporting and dashboarding
  • Develop interactive and visual dashboards to highlight trends and opportunities
  • Optimize online marketing tactics using data and insights
  • Lead data cleansing, validation and preparation activities

  • Tool utilization/optimization
  • % of critical eCommerce decisions supported by data and analytics
  • # of new insights produced using data and analytics
  • Improved speed of decision-making regarding customers, products and brands using data driven models

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience with business analytics and data visualization platforms within Omni-channel and Pureplay eCommerce channels
  • Consumer product knowledge specific to online marketing, influencing and selling
  • Ability to build a data driven culture and influence without authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, computer science, statistics or related field
  • 7+ years leadership experience in an agile, cross-functional environment with product, marketing, sales, engineering and analytics teams
  • 5+ years’ experience developing analytics strategy/capabilities/solutions
