At the Behr Paint Company, we are looking for someone to join our team as an eCommerce Manager. Collaboration with sales, product and channel teams will produce a winning online experience. This leader will be accountable for building and developing actionable, independently tailored strategies for their channel to optimize the consumer experience to drive sustainable incremental eCommerce growth. In working closely with other cross-functional business leaders, the results rooted in data from internal reporting combined with open communication with the retailer partners will be leveraged to inform customer, product, pricing, brand and channel strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the execution of the business strategy to generate sales
  • Continuously assess, develop, and implement the strategy and actions to adapt to the sales data and streamline the approach on-the-fly as needed
  • Work closely with the retailer’s eCommerce team for their insights into what is working well in that space and adapt online product page content to support their insights
  • Educate and inform leadership of trends by channel and evolving requirements
  • Set standards and processes for auditing, reporting, maintenance and inventory support of the online product catalogs
  • Responsible for new item eCommerce setup in internal systems and retailer systems in partnership with Sales counterparts
  • Communicate reporting and visual support highlighting alterations to SKU pages and their effects on behavior and sales
  • Optimize online marketing tactics using data and insights independently and in conjunction with the retailer
  • Enact ongoing data cleansing and validation of content driving sales and fulfillment

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce systems in omni-channel and pureplay eCommerce channels with direct Amazon experience as a plus
  • Consumer product knowledge specific to online marketing, influencing and selling
  • Ability to adapt to new channel requirements and execute changes on a large online catalog set of products
  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, marketing, business or information systems
  • 7+ years leadership experience in an agile, cross-functional environment with product, marketing, sales, engineering and analytics teams
  • 5+ years leadership experience developing online sales strategy/content/solutions
