What You’ll Do

IronArch Technology is currently looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team. 100% Remote Position (Shift 3PM-11PM Monday - Friday)

The help desk technician will be supporting our Veteran Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty (LGY) program where they will provide services to support the IT needs for making LGY's strategic vision a reality.   This guaranty effectively eliminates the need for lenders to charge a down payment and helps Veterans afford homeownership. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Document, triage, and resolve end-user incident tickets.
  • Using the priorities set forth by the client, drive defect remediation work for monthly defect releases.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the VALERI system to help train system users when problems arise. 
  • Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures and optimizing sustainment processes. 
  • Lead triaging sessions with technical resources to identify system defects and resolve incident tickets.
  • Analyze system trends using historical data and be able to articulate system trends to project and business leadership.
  • Help prepare briefing materials for client executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in support of a Help/Service Desk
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a remote environment
  • Support daily shift work from 3PM -11PM Monday - Friday 
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card) 

Preferred Qualifications 

  •  Experience using ServiceNow  
  • Mortgage background and experience
