What You’ll Do at IronArch Technology
IronArch Technology is currently looking for a Director of Employee Experience & Culture to lead our People First Program for our growing company. The Director will play a pivotal role in contributing to the strengthening of the corporate culture, handle employee relations, administer benefits programs and take on other responsibilities as they grow. The right individual will not only be hungry for challenge and growth, but also care deeply about culture, be energized, creatively work through challenges, and be excited at the thought of joining this team. A successful candidate cares about building an employee focused culture and has experience developing employee programs from the ground up in the virtual space. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced human resources executive who views human resources as a vital business driver and welcomes the opportunity to serve as a business leader with the ability to make an important impact on the performance of the employees and company.
The Director of Employee Experience & Culture will have full human resource functional responsibility over the IronArch culture and human resources activities including overall leadership, establishing policies and procedures, and developing and maintaining human resources programs and initiatives consistent with the unique culture and strategic plan of the organization. In addition to developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives that provide highly effective human resources capabilities to the organization, the Director will serve as an advisor to the senior leadership team and to the CEO.
Responsibilities will include:
- Human resources administration, 401k, onboarding, and HRIS
- Performance planning, assessment and development
- Organizational and management development - including training and education and in
conjunction with existing programs
- Change management as required
- Compensation and benefits, including executive compensation matters
- Compliance, diversity, employee relations, and legal HR requirements
