Characteristics of responsible projects/programs:Complexity: Medium to LargeRisk: Medium to LargeDuration: Short term: 6 - 12 monthsValue: Typically > $100k USDGeography: National/Regional/GlobalOversees a TeamThe primary responsibility of this position is to guide internal consulting delivery focused in the areas of change management and operations improvement in support of the client's PMO. The primary goal is to partner with various client teams to implement and govern policies required to facilitate a cohesive real estate experience for client business unit customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads medium to large, complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures that all functions remain on schedule and that issues get escalated and resolved and that the program is completed successfully. Facilitates meetings to review active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and lead project team(s) through implementation and completion. Manages internal and external relationships in support of program(s); may contract and manage vendors. May provide consultation on complex medium to large scale projects that integrate into an organized program. Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.May manage/oversee a team who are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. Serves as the primary client contact and escalation point for any staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues.Demonstrates expertise in the client's real estate end to end processes and ensures the team'sunderstanding and provides governance of processes on behalf of the client. Supports the development of master schedules and aggregate reports to communicate project status in regard to risk, schedule and budget.Drives operational strategy, ensuring efficient and effective operations for the client real estate team.Acts as a key business partner to implement initiatives and initiate process improvements.Direct the implementation and operations of technology or other related programs working with the client and requisite CBRE team members including the account and platform teams.Directs the playbook and account documentation process on behalf of the client. Supports initiatives to increase collaboration and communication amongst the service lines.Partners with senior management to develop and implement initiatives that optimize operationalperformance and support to the business. Drives consistency and effectiveness of process andprocedure, initiating improvements where needed.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.Manages the planning, organization, and controls for a major functional area or department. May be responsible for a mix of direct reports. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends the same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Monitors appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources. Leads and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum six years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.BA/BS from a four-year college or university; five or more years related experience and/or training including at least three years of management experience; personnel and department management experience, including business planning and budgeting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing business operations in a customer-focused service firm with multi-location structure. Experience in Information Technology, Finance, HR, staff management and facilities management required.COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Smartsheets/Microsoft Projects. Knowledge of technology platforms and information management systems.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines.
