Vighter LLC seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to serve in the Business Support section. The position is responsible for providing Healthcare recruiting support to ensure efficient operation of the office. He/She will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Healthcare Recruiter will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all assigned duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Assists employees and applicants with basic interpretation of company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Perform Recruiting, screening/vetting, on-boarding, back-ground check, pre-employment drug screen, benefit administration, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Review and analyze resumes using our Paycom HRIS
  • Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants, interview and execute required hiring process.
  • Scour job and candidate search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Appropriately handle incoming and outgoing calls with messages as needed
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Performs document management to include: scanning, filing, shredding, and organizing documents and files
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
  • Request information from state/federal officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability.
  • Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability.
  • Ensure work spaces are clean and free of obstacles
  • Complete tasks as otherwise assigned

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Must be organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
  • Must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and possess a strong work ethic
  • Must possess knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Customer Service - This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service skill.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Must communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Must communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

Experience & Education:
  • 1 years of Healthcare Recruiting preferred
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Applications or Paycom is preferred
  • Must know basic keyboard shortcuts

  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Some light travel in the local area may be required

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
  • Must be able to sit up to 8 hours per day in an office setting
  • Must be able to use an elevator or walk up & down stairs
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to read and interpret typewritten print
  • Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear
