The Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of training plans and providing instructional training for the Army Reserve using Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS)-Army, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), and other Army Logistics programs. The Maintenance Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in collecting Army Reserve Field Maintenance Program statistics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Command Maintenance Discipline Programs (CMDP).
Spot checking the USARC G4 quarterly the Readiness Divisions (RD's) Geographical and Functional Commands (GFC) over all monthly metric.
Maintenance Mangers (MM301) course.
Data cleansing and instructional training for the Geographical and Functional Commands and the Regional Divisions.
Extract and assist in analyzing the information for the LRR.
Extract and assist in analyzing the information for the RCRR Deep Dive.
Crisis Action Team (CAT).
Personnel Supply / EOH equipment Readiness Training PSRT.
Assist Army reserve soldiers with difficult tasks in systems of record over the phone.
Shall meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:
•Shall have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in GCSS-Army, Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), specifically in regards to fleet readiness and maintenance operations.
•Shall have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing training and instruction to small groups, including development of training materials.
