Role: TEAM LEAD

We have made this possible by reverse engineering the process of factory painting and optimized it for application directly on-site. A Spray-Net N. Atlanta Team Leader: leads, motivates, and supervises a team to achieve goals that contribute to the growth and success of the business. The team leader will work closely with the Production, Ownership and Clients, to ensure we deliver on our commitments.

Job Requirements

 Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Reviews production check list and conducts daily trailer inventory.
  • Communicates equipment and product/inventory needs to ownership routinely.
  • On-Site supervision, management support/inspiration and training for production
  • Responds professionally and proactively to customer inquiries and (or) concerns.
  • Actively promotes new sales leads and enters new potential customer contact info in CRM via tablet device.
    • Also trains team to do the same. We are all in sales!
  • Effectively communicates all vital information about the business to Spray-Net ownership e.g., customers, team member progress, competition, market opportunities…. on a regular basis.
  • May be asked to assist in quarterly reviews and goal setting of team members alongside ownership.
  • Manages production deadlines and jobsite quality control. Leads with prepping all surfaces for painting by washing, taping, sanding, caulking, removing front entry doors, and performs minor repairs when requested to do so in conjunction with other team members.
  • Protects all customer’s non-painting property, e.g., landscaping, walkways, furniture, and other belongings from damage and (or) overspray.
  • Helps to maintain tools and equipment.
  • Responds professionally and proactively to customer inquiries and (or) concerns.
  • Helps prep at start of day and clean-up/break-down jobsite at the end of the day.
  • Executes daily tool and equipment
  • Hands-on support of production team in the field.
  • Always abides by Spray-Net N. Atlanta production standards and safety policies.
  • Perform task in all areas of the team

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Valid and unencumbered Georgia State driver’s license.
  • Proof of right to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass background and drug screening
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity and proficiency working with common hand and power tools.

To execute this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee is required to walk and reach with hands and arms, stoop and lift up to 65 lbs. Residential and potential commercial jobsite work will be common, so climbing on ladders, scaffolding, using mechanical lifts and negotiating job site conditions are necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to be skilled at driving a full-size pickup truck while trailing equipment in a safe and efficient manner when called upon to do so.
