Job DescriptionAs a Process and Quality Director, you will support implementation of technology solutions and related standardization of pharmacy process for organizational initiatives involving technology evolution, platform migration and innovation for Specialty operations. This includes developing the team to lead the execution of initiatives, including opportunity identification, strategic value evaluation, collaborative alignment, and simplification of complex process. You will develop high-performing teams with a focus on how we work and outcomes.The Process and Quality Director will also collaborate with various leaders across the operations to ensure quality of technology delivery and value to operational teams during release and migration cycles. You will be accountable for the development, implementation, and tracking of initiatives in support of strategic priorities.Additional responsibilities:* Manage to strict timelines to ensure objectives are completed on a timely basis, and work with key stakeholders to define the objectives of the team in alignment with those of the organization.* Develop the program's strategic vision and roadmap.* Monitor results, using specific metrics to track progress and insights for continuous improvement, and provide leadership to identify gaps and recommendations for enhancement to existing process and workflows.* Support multiple project/initiatives from concept to implementation and meet project milestones.The successful candidate will have management experience in a cross-functional project team. The Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of independence or collaboratively with a team. And, you must have the ability to hold others accountable while being collaborative. The Director will have exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.Required Qualifications* 10+ years of experience in an operational environment including experience in workflow management systems or service delivery.* 5+ years of leadership experience in leading teams including development and accountability of talent* 2+ years technology solutions experience or workflow management system experience* Operating systems experience* 2+ years of experience supporting multiple project/initiatives from concept to implementation; meet project milestones* 2+ years of experience in quality management or quality related project management* Team leadership, relationship-building and influencing ability to foster working relations across a cross-functional team including functional and divisional leaderPreferred Qualifications* History of supporting complex projects involving multiple matrixed workgroups across a large organization* Demonstrated ability to be anticipatory and proactive* Master's Degree, preferredEducationBachelors DegreeBusiness OverviewAt CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health.
