Job SummaryResponsible for development and execution of Call Center sales strategies and operations designed to retain subscribers, generate, and increase revenue to ensure that subscriber, financial, and operational objectives are achieved. Handles multiple tasks to help drive efficiencies and cost savings by assisting in developing, analyzing and interpreting performance, project cost, and subscriber activity. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s).Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesAssists leadership in development of sales strategy to achieve Company revenue goals by identifying and implementing short and long-term strategies and analyzing market trends.Provides leadership in sales strategy & operations regarding all facets of operations analysis, performance management, and time entry.Develops sales policies, programs, and systems to support strategic direction, including supporting the development of call center technology and productivity tools.Monitors the expense process; establishes budgets and constraints to assure expense goals are met. Provides accurate reports on various topics if needed.Tracks, analyzes, and reports performance data on key departmental initiatives.Directs and participates in planning activities related to the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts of operations. Partners with interdepartmental and field leaders to forecast, appraise, and report operating results in terms of performance against plan.Provides leadership, guidance, and direction to Call Center managers, supervisors, and representatives.Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the Company.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
