Overview

The Project Manager for enterprise accounts is responsible for managing the design and deployment of large KVM, AV, and IoT system projects. Involvement will be from conception through implementation. Will remain single point of contact until project sign off. This position will have cross-functional business unit support.

  • Responsible for the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to organize priorities and document work/results.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and goals
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Motivate project team to complete tasks on time and within standards of quality

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in either Business or Management
  • 3 or more years of prior experience as a project manager, in KVM, AV, IoT and electronics preferred
  • PMP certificate desirable, not required
