We are looking to hire an experienced manufacturing Training Supervisor to join our team in our Fort Wright/Covington, Kentucky manufacturing plant.
This position will be responsible for developing and executing a streamlined training program for operations, quality and maintenance personnel with an emphasis on EHS skills. This individual will set the expectations for onboarding, compliance, and documentation to ensure that all new hires and current employees receive the same materials and the same skills for their particular roles when the training is complete. This individual will also personally provide training, and will assist in the evaluation of trainees as appropriate. Additionally, this individual will learn to fill in as shift supervisor on any shift as needed.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with the flexibility to train employees on each shift. The plant operates 24/7.

What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Training experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience writing, validating and implementing procedures.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Bachelor or technical degree
