Job Description
SCOPE:
Responsible for all aspects of local personnel management and performance, ensuring that the work product meets or exceeds the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop, write, and review existing procedures and implement internal procedures and techniques that result in more effective and efficient operations.
- Evaluates and directs all aspects of programs for effectiveness and compliance with standards, policies, directives, and laws.
- Develop and submit projected section requirements for supplies and equipment; maintain account of expenditures and submit associated expense reports.
- Review individual employee time sheets and approve for payroll.
- Meet with the government Contracting Officer representative and contractor on a regular basis, maintaining an open and ongoing dialogue regarding issues and concerns.
- Ensure that all aspects of the HHS function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all personnel assigned to his/her site).
- Provides monthly safety reporting, quality assurance reporting, monthly PWS self- assessment checklist and PWS reviews.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manages subordinate Leads. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
- Carries supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
