POSITION SUMMARY

To cultivate sales and contribute to the overall well-being of the business. Experience and Metric/Performance based position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls
  • Speak to potential customers by phone and email
  • Obtain and verify customer information necessary for Campaign
  • Describe program/product and explain program/product features
  • Lead-Sourcing
  • Answer customer questions
  • Offer coaching to Business Development Specialists and District Managers, as needed and delegated by Campaign Manager:  Role of Team Lead*
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Campaign program/product and participate in educational opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Previous call center experience- PREFERRED
  • Previous sales experience- REQUIRED

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Developing leadership skills
  • Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
