Job Description


This position will be responsible for the cross-functional design and implementation of technology solutions and process enhancements that meet ongoing business needs of a global organization.

  • Implementation
    • Vendor Management.
      • Partnering with consultants, BB team members and vendors to install and layout the configuration requirements of HR software and hardware
    • Program and Change Management
      • Ensuring ongoing communication between consultants, Black Box HR and IT throughout software implementation and customization to gather feedback and/or approval as needed
      • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones and raising issues/concerns if milestones or deliverables are behind
      • Coordinate productions roll out of modules & end user training
      • Educating internal customers on how to use HR systems/software
    • Create Change Requests along with business users for changes to configuration and enhancements
  • Integration
    • Work with IT to ensure data integrity and data flow is maintained across primary enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM and Salesforce)
    • As acquisitions are complete, help with onboarding of acquired entity employees to HR Systems
  • Maintenance & Support
    • Partner with consultants, and Blackbox India resources to manage ServiceNow HR Systems Support Workflow and queues for day 2 support for end users
    • Partner with IAM team to setup up accounts and access roles.
    • Monitoring performance and maintaining our HR systems in conjunction with IT
    • Working with IT, troubleshoot issues and outages as needed
    • Partnering with HR, ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Business Support
    • In consultation with consultants, AGC Black Box HR or IT, provide realistic cost and time estimates to internal partners who require configuration or customization upgrades to HR systems
    • Partner with HR Business Analyst to transition reporting and HR analytics so there is no gap in service
    • software is purchased or upgraded, meet with internal customers to gather required data or necessary information to customize software to meet business needs
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM implementation or systems experience
