Black Box (www.bboxservices.com), a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a Marketing Communications Program Manager for our Global Solutions Integration business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, integrated marketing campaigns in close cooperation with Product Managers and Sales teams that drive revenue and promote the Black Box brand.
The Marketing Communications Program Manager develops and executes integrated marketing plans that incorporate digital (including social, website, advertising, and emarketing), public relations, global & national events, sales support, and analytics by which to measure plan success. The Marketing Communications Program Manager works with Product Management and Sales to identify target market segments and devises the strategy and tactics for achieving growth objectives within those markets. He/she oversees plan execution with the help of the Marketing Shared Services team which includes Events; Content Strategy & Distribution; Marketing Operations; and Branding, Digital & Design.

Marketing strategy & planning.
Develop, validate and implement marketing plans including targeted marketing for solution launches and ongoing product/solution promotions into defined market segments. These plans will:
Define the target markets, personas, and the techniques to reach them
Identify clear performance and lead generation targets
Highlight ways to leverage OEM partnerships to help drive sales opportunities and defray costs
Provide a detailed budget for the campaign or plan
Identify tactics by week to achieve plan objectives
Content development & distribution
Relying on source content, market research, and competitive landscape from the Product Manager, works with a writer to develop messaging for key assets including website landing pages, promotional collateral, whitepapers, blogs, guides, etc.
Reviews/revises copy to meet key messaging objectives as agreed upon with the Product Manager and is search-engine optimized.
Directs the distribution of content through multiple channels including email communications, paid placement, social media, and trade media to achieve marketing plan objectives.
Works with Events team to identify the right digital and in-person events, and conferences that meet marketing plan objectives.
Develops ideas for new Black Box webinars, identifies speakers and coordinates content.
Works with the Events team, Sales, and Product Management to ensure messaging and all supporting collateral are updated, the booth design is optimized and the event remains on-budget.
Develops deep understanding of target customer and prospect data within the Black Box ecosystem to enable highly relevant messaging.
Works with the Marketing Operations team to continuously refine the segmentation, data quality, contact attributes, and personas
Based on high-quality data, drives demand and new customer acquisition programs to deliver marketing qualified leads
Creates and implements lead nurturing programs and partners with Product Management to ensure lead follow-up
Works closely with sales and product management to create and launch Account Based Marketing Programs that increase share-of-wallet among existing accounts.
Responsible for conversion rates and pipeline/revenue growth.
Analytics & Measurement
Partners with the Marketing Operations team to create meaningful dashboards to track progress in key areas such as website traffic, social media engagement, PR, leads generated, and marketing-influenced pipeline, etc.
Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in a Marketing Communications role preferably in the IT/Telecom industry in B2B marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related industry experience preferred.
Experience in developing, implementing and controlling of modern, complex marketing programs in a cross-functional matrix organization.
