Job Description

The collections of bad debt medical accounts. The candidate will be assigned a work station with a data base of preassigned business.  Each week the collector will receive new business from multiple sources that ARM obtains its placements. 

When working an account the collector needs to have the following:

  • The ability to listen
  • Assist the Debtor in obtaining Payment In Full
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Optional
  • Accurate documentation skills
  • Willing to take direction
