Experience in government contract consulting preferred.Thorough industry knowledge of government contracting, with concentrated experience in government accounting.Thorough knowledge and experience applying the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Cost Principles and Cost Accounting Standards to government contracts.Thorough Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) experience is acceptable if no prior industry experience. Program management experience with aerospace and defense contracts is a plus.Thorough experience researching pertinent client, industry and technical matters.Thorough client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills required.Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
