The Administrative team has an opening for a Financial Administrator.

Position Summary:

As a Financial Administrator at DLR Group you will provide guidance and support to the Region related to finance and accounting. This position involves both traditional accounting functions as well as a strong business management acumen. You will be pro-actively applying any lessons learned and analytics to help ensure our future financial success.

You will be a key member of the financial team, with responsibility for providing overall financial support to daily operations and proactive strategies and support for our project teams.

The successful candidate will:

Set up all initial contract fee information and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate project information throughout the life of the projects.
Support the Financial team on monthly invoicing cycle, determining percent complete, and coordinate billing and collections with client counterparts.
Take the lead on the preparation of our monthly project revenue projections.
Coordinate with consultants, process invoices for payment, and follow-up on related matters.
Assist multiple Project Managers and staff, on a daily basis, with all project financial matters.
Be required to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ensure Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions of the office are current.
Review contracts to fully comply with contractual terms.
Coordinate Certificate of Insurances.
Perform ad-hoc financial reconciliations.
Required Qualifications:

5-10 years project job cost accounting experience.
Proactive, independent thinker possessing a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred; will consider a combination of experience and education.
Experience using Deltek Vision software.
Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry.
