Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for an Associate Civil Engineer for our Honolulu, Hawaii office.   Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs engineering calculations and routine engineering functions
  • Assists with design tasks and drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation in the development of construction drawings
  • Prepares quantity and cost estimates
  • Assists in field work, including stormwater monitoring and at various airports across the State
  • Travel to outer islands may be required

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and/or related field
  • Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS
