At All Access Equipment, we enable our customers to grow their businesses by offering a high-quality, unique product. We back that with our first class customer experience!

Our Service team provides lift inspections, warranty claims, service and preventative maintenance. We provide services both at our Massachusetts headquarters or in the field, right where our customers are.

The Job

Our PDI Technician position is a key part of our service department. The PDI process ensures that our customers receive flawless products and experience from All Access Equipment.

In this position, our PDI Technicians are responsible for performing pre-delivery inspections with excellence. The technician inspects, measures, and adjusts the equipment to make sure it meets every aspect of our predefined standards. The technician will log their progress and make notes of any failures and correct them if possible. The skills required for this job are similar to that of a mechanical assembly technician in that you will need basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and computer skills.

PDI Technicians work closely with the rest of the service team, especially our Aerial Lift Service Technicians.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated independent individual to take on this important role. If you are someone who likes to work with their hands, are detail oriented, have a high bar for quality, and enjoy being a part of a team, this is the job for you! We are looking for an individual who has strong technical skills, a hunger to learn, and a passion for heavy equipment. Success in this position means that you rarely let things slip and have a natural tendency to follow through to completion.
