POSITION SUMMARY
Call center position cultivating sales and contributing to the overall well-being of the business. Entry level position hourly rate + commission (uncapped).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
- Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls
- Speak to potential customers by phone and email
- Obtain and verify customer information necessary for Campaign
- Describe program/product and explain program/product features
- Conduct Accreditation sales
- Lead-Sourcing
- Answer customer questions
- Maintain updated knowledge of Campaign program/product and participate in educational opportunities
- Prepare sales reports
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
- Previous work experience required
- Previous sales experience or telemarketing preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday)
- Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
