A general contractor and national builder of industrial, distribution, warehouse, cold storage plants and facilities for high profile clients. Operating offices in multiple states and specializing in large projects from 100K to 1M square feet in size. Currently growing their presence in Florida and seeking a person with the leadership capability to open and expand a permanent office there.
About the Position:
Hiring for a Senior Project Manager and Project Executive, responsible for large industrial, warehouse, cold storage and distribution center projects throughout the state of FL as well as offering leadership and business development acumen for maintaining and growing the client base in the area. Offering a very competitive compensation package and upward career mobility as a leader in the company for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor.
Applicant must have a project portfolio to showcase their representative warehouse and industrial projects.
Applicants must have local knowledge of the Florida commercial construction market and knowledge of the client target markets of warehousing and distribution.
