We are currently looking for an ILI Analyst/ILI Technical Consultant for our Houston, TX office.
In this role, you will be responsible for working exclusively for ILI Technology & Analytics on In-Line Inspection projects.
*Manage pipeline construction projects, mostly minor modifications required to run ILI tools
*Manage company personnel as well contractors engaged in maintenance pigging as well as in-line inspection (ILI) operations
*Verify and evaluate ILI data as well as report findings to management
*Create and execute job plans, develop scopes of work, obtain environmental and regulatory approvals as well as resolving ROW issues on the line if required before/after the pigging project
*Manage the documentation required to properly handle cleaning operations as well as disposal of debris collected
*Prepare and audit all project completion reports as well tracking safety tailgate meetings
*Excellent verbal and communication skills up and down
*Supervise multiple projects and contractors at the same time, create and manage project cost budgets, tracking of costs and invoices and provide financial forecasts to management
*Run remaining strength calculations and make appropriate repair recommendations
*Solve problems associated with ILI and ILI operation
*Maintain and update policies and procedures related to ILI
*Maintain presence in industry associations and abreast of technology updates
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
*Knowledge of Integrity Management, 49CFR192 and 195
*Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards associated with in-line inspections
*4 years project management in the field of inline inspection (ILI) and data analysis
*Aptitude and drive to learn detailed technical aspects related to ILI tools and ILI data
*Resilient communication skills
*4 years ILI data software experience
*Strong computer skills and experience manipulating large datasets
*Able to present ILI information, technical backing, and recommendations to all levels of company personnel
*Experience in calculating gas flows
*Experience calculating B31G, B31GM, and RSTRENG
*Detail oriented and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
*Self-motivated with minimum supervision and strong work ethic
*Ability to work in extreme conditions for long hours
*Ability to be on call for questions or emergencies associated with ILI projects or ILI data
*Obtain OQ Qualifications required for tasks associated with pigging operations
*Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
*7 years of ILI experience
*7 years of Project Management experience
*Proficient in ILI data software including but not limited to Resolve, Gemini, Iview, Pigprog, Envision, Pipeimage, Rosoft and P6
*Proficient in gas and liquid ILI operation
*Experience in anomaly selection and anomaly investigations
*Experience in corrosion growth methods
*Experience with writing procedures
*PHMSA audit experience
*Master’s degree in a related field
