About the Position:
Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety, schedule, and a comprehensive knowledge for the day to day field operations for their assigned projects. Including planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors to ensure the work is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and love working in collaborative environment
- Project experience in a wide range of commercial construction markets
- Steady work history and great references for each previous place of employment
