Summary We are seeking a ServiceNowTechnicalArchitect/Developerto join our team and help us implementand manageServiceNow. As our Technical Architect/Developer, you will havetechnicalownership of the ServiceNow platform, making architectural decisions, settingtechnical standards, matchingsolutions to business problemsand helpingus get the most from our ServiceNow investment.You will also maintain a role in the development of solutions and in operations.You will be an integral member ofour Scrumteamand will be encouragedto mentor team members, "get into their stuff" and drive innovation. You will partner with the product owner to define sprint priorities and create and execute on a multi-year ServiceNow roadmap. Responsibilities

Provide Technical Ownership/Oversight of the ServiceNow Platform

Lead technical team discussions around solution design, and architectureonlarger development efforts such as integrations or new module implementations

Balance value gained from customization with risks from diverging from best practice.Provide and ensure adherence to development guidelines as it relates to security, performance, re-usability, scalability and stability, code reviews, API usage

Develop and maintain multi-year technical roadmap for ServiceNow platform that balances technical and business needs

Mentor team members, perform code reviews and develop their ServiceNow technical skills

Participate in the evaluation ofnew apps/modules, assess technical capabilities/concerns

Identify innovation opportunities that make our users more efficient (e.g., via automation)

Develop/Configure ServiceNow

Configure functionality to support ITSMcapabilities ofServiceNow including usage of flow designer, business rules, client scripts, UI Actions, catalog items,and form changes

Within prescribed ServiceNow best practices, develop customizations on ServiceNow leveraging JavaScript, Glide, CSS and other web technologies

Using REST APIs andIntegration hub, develop and manageServiceNowintegrations

Support quality efforts by advising on testing approach, writing unit tests for developedfunctionality,and assisting team members using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework

Develop and maintain technical documentationincluding specifications, architecture diagrams

Assessuserstories and add non-functionalacceptance criteriathat consider factors such as logging, performance, scalability, security

Provide operational support

Identify, communicate, and resolveproduction incidents, work with vendor as needed

Partner with ops team: consult onmonitoringrequirements, health checks, develop run books

Perform configurations in support of ad-hoc user needs such as updates to ACLs, changes in assignment group membership

Qualifications Demonstrated product and technical leadership on ServiceNow
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrationhub
Experience developing viaobject orientedlanguage such asc#/java/groovy
Experience withServiceNowautomationtest framework
ServiceNow Admin and/or Developer Certification
Experience or certification in ITSM (ITIL) process, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, Asset Management, CMDB , Service Catalog,Discovery, Service Mapping, and Application Portfolio Management
Familiarity with machine learning and/or data scienceterms andconcepts
Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
Programming experience in ServiceNow
Experience with web development
Exposure to SCRUM
