Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for planning, executing and managing a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: managing error queue, escalation and data monitoring type of work, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, and general program oversight.
  • Responsible for the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
  • Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
  • Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
  • Engages program or project manager at the appropriate level as defined in the Program/Project Management Policy to guide implementation

Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
  • Interested candidates must be a graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree program
  • With at least 7 years' experience in working with a Shared Services environment, preferably in HR and related tools (HRIS, etc)
  • Candidate must have background in research and analysis
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures and manage confidential information
  • Must be keen to details and has background in conducting research and analysis, excellent organizational and decision making skills
  • Escalation and change management required
  • Project management experience is necessary
  • Exposure in work procedures and follow-throughs
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Must be willing to work in rotating shift/schedule (day shift, midshift, night shift)
  • Work location: Upper McKinley, BGC, Taguig City
