Summary A talented Web Application Engineer is needed to focus on Microsoft application administration and development. Responsibilities Provide direct technical support through help requests, consultation on projects and one-off requests. Analyze business processes and work with teams to define and scope SharePoint projects and enhancements.
Participate and/or lead design and development of solutions to streamline business processes and functions.
Create operating procedures and help develop strategies to promote user adoption
Provide day-to-day operations assistance, serve as the POC for differentiating functional issues from technical issues, and resolve technical issues.
Operations support for the Inside applications (Cherwell); troubleshoot failures, manage incidents, and participate in the on-call rotation.
Confluence overflow support. Creation of new spaces and triage permissions issues.
Azure administration
Qualifications Experience with web development
Experience gathering requirements, writing use cases, and developing functional specifications.
Experience with agile development practices.
Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2010/2013 features, best practices, and tools like SharePoint Designer.

Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
