Map AS-IS processes, review existing procedures, and understand relevant Gaps vs benchmark / best practices,
Design TO-BE processes and procedure, in alignment with Company strategic direction and relevant parties needs,
Develop Business Cases to support decision making,
Translate business process requirements into IT development requirements and facilitate solution design,
Develop Process Improvement Implementation Plans,
Education: Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, MSc / MBA a plus.
Previous Working Experience: 3-5 years in Management Consulting.
