Job Description

Among Process Improvement skills, competences and experience, the following are highly recommended (list not exhaustive):

  • Map AS-IS processes, review existing procedures, and understand relevant Gaps vs benchmark / best practices,
  • Design TO-BE processes and procedure, in alignment with Company strategic direction and relevant parties needs,
  • Develop Business Cases to support decision making,
  • Translate business process requirements into IT development requirements and facilitate solution design,
  • Develop Process Improvement Implementation Plans,
  • Monitor implementation
  • Education: Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, MSc / MBA a plus.
  • Previous Working Experience: 3-5 years in Management Consulting.
