PURPOSE STATEMENTThe Assistant Sales Enablement Manager provides support to the Sales Enablement Team on critical sales enablement content, processes and tools.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESSales Enablement Content & Asset Management Support

Creates sales enablement content and standards to support all stages of the buyer's journey.
Collaborates with product marketing, customer marketing, global marketing and outside agencies to create on brand content relevant to the audience.
Supports the curation of assets that within the sales enablement library.
Guides efficient procedures for sales enablement content creation and asset management across the USC region.
Measures performance of sales enablement content assets.

Other Responsibilities

Provides business leadership in collaboration with IT on marketing content management systems such as CRM and internal systems. Ensures proper tagging and taxonomy.
Responsible for the proper coding of invoices and reconciliation against the budgets across digital marketing teams.
Performs additional assignments as requested by Manager.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
Minimum 2+ years of solid experience in a marketing, digital, sales enablement or related support role
Demonstrated experience working on digital and/or CRM platforms
Demonstrated intermediate analysis ability
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently, excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast paced environment. Proactive individual with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include solid presentation skills
Solid software proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced level Excel and PowerPoint User proficiency)
Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques; demonstrated passion for content, media, marketing, and the Internet
