This position will be responsible for managing and driving Rich's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts which includes designing and implementing plans that align with and advance our DEI goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESRepresentation and Inclusion Strategies:

Support development and implementation of programs and initiatives that enable the advancement of a diverse workforce to include race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, military and/or veteran status or any other Federal or State legally protected classes.
Assess the current state, create and implement robust action plans, aligned with business strategy and priorities, to address identified gaps and meet ambitious 2025 goals for DEI.
Serve as DEI subject matter expert, working collaboratively with business leaders and other areas of HR to create tools and resources to support the adoption of practices and behaviors that enable a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. This includes education, programs and trainings.
Partner with our Diversity and Inclusion Council, Human Resources, and affinity groups to evolve the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and educate functional areas and associates at all levels about the DEI strategy.
Leverage networks and build new ones, to establish DEI partnerships and collaborations with universities, professional organizations, etc.
Conduct research and identify best practices to bring new ideas into the organization.
Serve as an Advisor to the Policy Team to remove inequity or bias in our policies.
Measure and communicate results against committed DEI ambitions. Guide our direction and strategies regarding where we need to focus for improvement, while telling the story of progress.

Accountable for leading the efforts related to Rich's Affirmative Action Program (AAP) ensuring compliance with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
In partnership with other parties, assist with AAP implementation in accordance with government regulations which includes reviewing and revising plan narratives, job groups, utilization, impact ratio, and other analyses required to find the appropriate action-oriented programs.
Assisting in coordinating and evaluating outreach partnerships to specifically reinforce efforts highlighted in Rich's action-oriented programs.
Team internally with other departments to assess large data sets to provide meaningful analysis and recommendations for process improvements and business solutions to support diversity and inclusion efforts.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree with a minimum 8 years work experience driving change, leading programs and working across multiple functions
4-5 years of active experience and/or thought leadership in DEI space; experience with designing and delivery of DEI programs a plus
Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective talent programs and strategies
Excellent project management skills; Experience delivering projects for large, global, cross-functional audiences
Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
High EQ / interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions and navigate a complex subject matter
Good organization skills with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple tasks
Good knowledge of labor and human rights; strong intercultural competencies
Position has the ability to work remotely across the United States
