As amember of the Direct-to-Consumer team, the FJ CRM & Retention MarketingLead is responsible for setting the global communication strategy withconsumers through direct management of the FJ email marketing program, customerlifecycle and retention marketing programs, and connecting customer data fromthroughout the organization. He/she will become a thought leader as it relatedto customer lifecycle management and optimizing engagement with consumers throughFJ's CRM platform. The successful candidate will partner with creative, brandmarketing, and product marketing teams to maximize lifetime value of consumerrelationships as well as drive increases in FJ's audience through leadgeneration and retention marketing initiatives.



Mange & maximize e-mailmarketing program: Accountable for email marketing strategy, creative briefingand development process, QA and deployment, and performance evaluation. Thisincludes managing the global campaign calendar, managing the creativeproduction process by partnering with Product Marketing and Creative teams tobuild appropriate content briefs, creative & copy development, and siteexperience. Grow triggered email program by driving revenue through on-going optimizationof creative, messaging, promotion, cadence and templates
Cross-Channel Strategy &Execution: Develop sophisticated cross-channel consumer journeys to achievespecific business objectives; e.g., 1st time purchase, repeat purchase, on-siteaction, or profile update. Responsible to implement a cross-channel customerretention strategy to drive 1st or repeat purchase, FootJoy.com channelaffinity, or engagement on FootJoy.com.
Customer Lifetime Value: Playintegral part in defining Customer Lifetime Value for FootJoy and set upmeasurement, reporting and optimization. Own customer data collection andmanagement for all DTC global markets to implement personalization, analytics,CRM activations.
New Customer Acquisition: Drivecustomer acquisition growth through campaign activation across paid and ownedchannels.



Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Marketing, InformationTechnology, Economics, Mathematics), advanced degree a plus.



Experience:5+ years of digital marketing experience with a brand or leading advertisingagency, e-commerce focus preferred. Obsess about and utilize consumer, site andcommercial data to develop consumer segments, engagement strategies and newbusiness opportunities. Email & CRM experience with broad understanding ofperformance marketing channels. Strong hands-on experience withenterprise-level email service platform building email lists, audiencesegments, A/B testing, automation journeys, deployment, and tracking; Emarsysor similar. Proven track record of working at the strategic level to developand execute innovative CRM & email programs designed to drive performanceagainst KPIs.
