DESCRIPTION

CBRE is looking to fill a Team Lead position in our Freight
/ Electronic Recycle Collection department to support our client, Microsoft, in
Redmond, WA. The position will work
onsite, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.



In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this
role requires a hardworking go-getter and self-starter, who is friendly and
engaging with customers and co-workers. A positive attitude and someone who is
excited to work with the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions
in the document outsourcing industry is essential to be successful. This role
will work in a quick paced environment to lead change, build relationships and
deliver innovation. This leader is dynamic, hands-on, works well under
pressure, and has driving experience. This role will serve as the primary
resource for team members at our Freight / Electronic Recycle Collection
department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all Freight / Electronic Recycle Collection duties,
including management of personnel, processes and equipment.

Identify, initiate, document and facilitate process
improvements.

Maintain highest levels of customer service while
demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.

Correspond with team members and customers via email using
Microsoft Outlook.

Effectively addressing and resolving client and customer
concerns and/or complaints with flexibility in a high volume, production
environment.

Consistently adhere to business practice guidelines and
policies.

Take direction from supervisor or site manager.

Coach and develop frontline team members regarding their
performance.

Participate in cross-training.

Manage all logs and reporting documentation with attention
to detail.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow
of materials and information to assure outstanding service level to customers.

Help establish and enforce company rules and safety
procedures to assure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and
maintained.

Drive a company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service
for customer on an as needed basis.

Vehicles range from a cargo van to a 26' box truck.

Train new employees in quality, safety, shipping and receiving
duties.

Provide lunch relief for associates as needed.

All other duties as assigned.









QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED equivalent required and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving. Previous supervisory and Mail Services experience preferred.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES NoneCOMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies and applications.Ability to use computer system to record materials received and shipped.Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
