JOB SUMMARY Responsible for business development for CBRE's Assessment & Consulting Services (ACS) and Valuation Advisory Services (VAS), located in the Central region of the US. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generates proposals for ACS/VAS services in support of
client requests, and manages the engagement, oversight and performance of
services, as well as the delivery of the services, billing and
collections.

Works independently by generating leads and developing client
relationships in support of selling services that result in meeting performance
objectives defined by the business with revenue targets.

Evaluates complex client requests and align scopes of
services, and provide pricing for services, proposal preparation, and
coordination with production teams, staffing and reviewers.

Prepares sales reports and can aggregate data for
presentations to effectively communicate inside and outside the organization
about services provided as well as the accretive nature of ACS/VAS services in
the ecosystem of CBRE services. Has a deep working knowledge of CBRE's global
hierarchy and can leverage the various real estate components of the business
to synergize and create value added opportunities for CBRE core clients.

Updates job knowledge by tracking current real estate trends
and scopes, reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
participating in professional organizations for the purpose of effectively
communicating and selling ACS/VAS services.

Contributes to overall organizational goals by contributing
to technology enhancement, business process improvements, and overall
betterment of the brand.

Other duties may be assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team. Leads project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of two or more lower level employees. May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university required. Master's degree (MA, MS or MBA) preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience of sales experience related to industry services. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES NoneCOMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires above-average knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles. Complete understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Must be proficient in Argus, MS Word and MS Excel. Good writing skills.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
