Fidelitech Solutions is expanding the team and looking for an exceptional person who loves technology. The Customer Experience Specialist will work closely with other team members and will be responsible for service and product sales revenue growth and maintenance.  Core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, direct and in-direct sales engagement activities, webinar scheduling and management, customer experience and sales strategy management.

What will you do?

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers through sales engagement activities
  • Identify and manage new and existing opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Engage and grow existing customer relationships by becoming their go-to for resources, information, and technical routing to relevant resources
  • Continually develop skills, competencies, and product knowledge through company led activities and partnership resources
  • Ensure all corporate policies, procedures, and processes are followed with precision
  • Assist with the development and execution of sales, prospecting and marketing campaigns
  • Assist with presentation and webinar development, scheduling, and management
  • Set and obtain sales goals and objectives, such as sales performance, MRR, Outbound phone calls and emails, presentations, meetings, and close of sales
  • Willingness to travel to meet with existing customers and prospects as well as for personal training and development

Who we are looking for:

  • As small veteran owned business we encourage any Marine or Veteran in general meeting the qualifications to apply
  • Associates or higher degree, preferably in business and/or a technical field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • At least 2 years experience in Information Technology in either a technical or sales role
  • Ability to pass a clean background check is a must due to the type of customers we service
  • A self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and excel in a small team environment
