Job Description
Master Pneumatic is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee assembly operations under the direction of the Plant Manager. This is a hands-on manufacturing position.
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily/weekly timelines to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Requirements
- Manufacturing experience
- 2+ years’ experience as Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role
- Technical background (mechanical engineering experience preferred)
- Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Computer experience including MS Office preferred
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field preferred
