Job Description

CHCS is seeking an individual to work in Piscataquis County in partnership with law enforcement and other First Responder agencies to provide SUD/OUD community intervention services to prevent and respond to overdose events.

The Co-Responder will provide brief intervention, follow-up support, engagement, education and linkage to other community resources. 

This position will traditionally be Monday through Friday work week.   

This 2 year grant is funded by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services.   

**Home base will be Dover-Foxcroft***

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related mental health or social work field is preferred plus have experience in addiction treatment and recovery 

A minimum CADC or LADC license

Master's level clinicians (LCPC or LCSW) are encouraged to apply and salary will be based upon licensure and experience
