As an Outside Sales Representative in the niche area of floor cleaning equipment, you will bring specialty skills to a growing team within CRL. Not only will you work to bring on new customers; you will work to support existing customers with your unique expertise. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting equipment demonstrations both in-person and virtually, as well as keep an updated pipeline within CRL’s internal CRM software. Last, you will work closely with a cross-functional team at the organization to maintain a clean and robust sales process as well as facilitate logistics with the Sales & Operations Teams.
Competitive expertise in the floor cleaning space via past experience
Make sales calls to end-users that do not currently use CRL’s products and services
Document all leads and on-going deals in a timely manner within Zendesk (CRM)
Schedule and support virtual and on-site equipment demonstrations for end-use customers
Support existing customers with questions and concerns regarding CRL products and services
Work closely with a cross-functional team to create and improve internal sales processes
Work closely with our floor cleaning OEM partner to organize deals, services, returns, etc.
Track ongoing product performance in the field
Able to lift 40+ pounds
Travel up to 50%
5+ years in sales experience in the floor cleaning space
Proven sales success in prior roles
Experience using a CRM to manage new leads and ongoing deals
Results driven individual familiar with performance based compensation
Previous experience working with Supply Chain & Inventory Management Groups
Knowledge of the product procurement process
Contact list of current and prior customers that can be used to generate new clientele for CRL
