Job DescriptionManage numerous complex programs and projects that span multiple disciplines within the IT Government Services lines of business and have significant dependencies on other large projects. Manage projects that are one-time, multitask jobs that have clearly defined start and end dates, a specific scope of work, a budget, required resources, and a specified performance objective to be achieved. Work on highly complex assignments that have major associated risks within executive visibility and sensitive or widely varied information requiring proficient judgement in applying and adapting advanced project management techniques.Required QualificationsMaster's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Technology or related field and two (2) years of experience in project management involving application development and software development life cycle. Must also have two (2) years of experience in IT program management including budget management and execution. Will accept a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree and two (2) years of experience. 5% domestic travel for onsite project coordination.
