TRISTAR is seeking an Engineer for our government customer located in Crane, IN
Perform analysis of reliability requirements and goals, construct models, and analyze product design for reliability and performance for the EA-18G, P-8A, and related EW systems
Perform program/system analysis and perform data/supportability analysis for product maintainability. Define reliability and maintainability requirements, methods, and processes and develop and review Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) plans, analyses and test results
Analyze Fleet Aviation Maintenance Material Management (AV-3M) and Depot Repair Data to provide recommendations for reliability and program cost reduction efforts
Strong analytical and mathematical skill, aviation support background
Strong Mathematical skills
Strong experience in Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) and Analyses (RM&A)
Experience with aircraft
Military background preferred
Prefer Engineer but can be Logistician
Must be a US Citizen
An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree from accredited four year college/university
