WSP is currently initiating a search for an Information Security Regional Lead for our Ephrata, PA office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Globally assist in Identifying gaps in our protection strategy and areas of risk
Assist the CISO with the development of a security strategy
Under the guidance of the CISO, assist with the overall design, execution and management of the global information security projects and programs
Ensure that the regional business requirements are built into the global Information Security program, that the global security program is implemented in region and that a regional security program that addresses regional needs and given competitive advantage is in place
Work with Head of Legal and business leads to provide input and security assurance for new bids and acquisitions, ensuring risk is priced in to the bid
Provide SME and guidance to their region on any security needs or requirements. Act as an advisor to their regional CIO on all information security related matters
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

At least 5-7 years related experience in info sec, risk, compliance, or similar position
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Knowledge of security technologies (encryption, data protection, network intrusion prevention, host intrusion prevention, firewalls, privilege access, etc.)
Knowledge of enterprise IT security concerns and technologies, including but not limited to VPNs, network security, encryption, authentication, application-level network protocols, PKI, IPSec, Firewall, SSH, SSL, DES, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP
Knowledge of security best practices (applications, network and client setups)
Experience with IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO 2700x
Experience with governance, compliance and audit within IT environments
Experience of risk management, including risk analysis, mitigation and monitoring
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Certification in Information Security (CISSP, ISC, or CISM) practices and policies
Knowledge of information security regulations applicable to WSP
