What You'll Bring:
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related field required
  • Minimum 15 years related experience in the Banking and/or Consumer Credit field required


Impact You'll Make:
  • Creates strategies for all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company's revenues
  • Responsible for managing key client relationships and adding new members to the client base.
  • Ensures high level of customer satisfaction, with emphasis on understanding and solving critical business issues for clients.
  • Gathering business and market intelligence information to anticipate future of macroeconomic factors and industry trends to inform product and technology teams of future requirements
  • Develops sales proposals, consistent with Management guidelines, to meet customer's need for company services. Gathers all external data required to for creation of special promotional / sales programs
  • Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
  • Drive sales performance to quarterly plans.
  • Oversee Market Planning function for cards and fintechs as well as guide and support research and consulting function.
  • Provides leadership to team of sales professionals to accomplish business goals by assignment of job responsibilities, client coverage, and development opportunities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals responsible for solution selling and client engagement with banks, credit unions, fintechs and other financial institutions.
  • Mentor and develop team of professionals to build a peak performing, fully engaged team.
  • Maintains appropriate standards of communication and service to internal and external stakeholder including regulators, board, clients, TU Matrix, Philippines and Hong Kong leadership.
  • Operate at the highest ethical standards with compliance to all financial, information security and employment controls and policies.
  • Very strong customer relations and selling background
  • Sound and ethical business judgement and ability to lead a team in kind
  • Performance driven, with passion for winning customers and delivering best possible service to them
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a highly result oriented team
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, selling and deal closing skills
