Inside Sales and Account Representative for First Responders / Nonprofits

A Newport Beach Tech and Fundraising Company with a startup vibe is looking for an exceptionally ambitious, talented, and motivated inside sales representative to help the company achieve expansive national growth. NEP Services’ primary target market is Nonprofit, Law Enforcement & Fire Firefighter Labor Unions, Associations, and Charitable Organizations in the First Responder, Labor, Education, and similar vertical markets.

Some sales experience is required but for the right candidate, with the right attitude, performance, and skillset, this job can grow into a fulltime outside sales position. Emphasis will be placed on those who are self-motivated, have a will to succeed, and want to learn an exciting new market in a small fast-paced and growing business.
Your job as an inside Sales Representative will focus on generating sales traffic by making outbound calls & emails which produce sound data and/or appointments for the outside sales team. You will be on our frontlines, speaking with potential clients, and making NEP Services first impression a good one!
You will act as the first essential communication link between the client, sales team, and product development team. Ideal applicants must be friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, self-managed, and productive. Commission structure will be determined based on experience and productivity and will grow with job experience. Calling for lead cultivation & prospect generation (Expect an outbound volume of 50 per day).
Conduct outreach emails, tracking, and reporting.
Answer inbound sales lead calls & follow sales standard operation procedures on follow up.
Assist Sales Director with daily administrative tasks.
Conduct a predetermined minimum amount of emails, calls, and meetings per week for the outside sales team.
Organize and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
Outbound calling for advertising sales for current nonprofit clients.
Maintain contact lists, update company CRM, and data enter/collect critical client information.
50 calls a day new cold leads and 50 follow-up canned email messages.
50 emails lead nurturing of warm and hot leads.
1 hour of practice pitching per day with manager
You will have your own office in our Newport Beach Headquarters. Limited exposure to other staff members. Technical staff is currently 100% remote.

Reliable Transportation is a must.
Some College education is preferred or continuing college courses.
