As a Service Coordinator (remote only), you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Building partnerships and good relationships with service providers and clients is a must to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls related to rideshare/delivery requests
  • Make outbound phone calls related to rideshare/delivery requests
  • Monitor status of each request (product/order/rider) to ensure on-time delivery to customers
    • Monitor rideshare technology platforms through online dashboards (training provided)
  • Alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance
  • Maintain a competent understanding of company’s RideShare Options, their functions, and alternatives
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing emails

Qualifications :

  • Must have reliable internet access and computer*
  • 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
  • Must be comfortable with computer applications including online website dashboards (specific dashboard training will be provided)
  • Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
  • Must be comfortable with working with VOIP phone system (specific software/technology training will be provided)
  • High quality organizational skills

This position is for a contingent contract.
